我们召集了一个分会场，名为“Carbon Neutrality, Clean Air and Regional Interactions”，主题是关于碳中和、空气污染及其与其他地区的相互关系。本分会场聚焦于全球大气环境问题，旨在关注温室气体与大气污染物的协同控制及地区间相互影响，非常希望国内外专家学者和老师同学能够积极来稿，踊跃参与。

Session Title: Carbon Neutrality, Clean Air and Regional Interactions

Session Description:
Addressing climate change and combating air pollution are the dual challenges of today’s global society. To achieve the 1.5°C target set out in the Paris Climate Agreement, many countries have declared carbon neutrality goals. The main greenhouse gases and air pollutants mostly come from the same sources and economic activities, thus efforts to reduce greenhouse gases can work in concert with measures to control air pollution. Meanwhile, air pollution in a specific region can be influenced by emissions from other regions. Economic globalization has led to tight interlinkages of regions through global supply chains and the exchange of goods and services and embodied or virtual emissions transferred through interregional trade. In addition, air pollutants are being transported to distant areas through weather systems further distributing pollution globally. These issues have attracted much attention and lots of valuable work has emerged in atmospheric sciences, environmental sciences and interdisciplinary studies. This session welcomes abstracts focusing on the co-benefits of greenhouse gas mitigation and air pollutant control and the interactions among different countries/regions through trade and atmospheric pollution transfer.
